Session 118: Intermission

​

The party finds themselves back in Bharash's basement, and find mail for everyone.  They find out they've been gone for half a year, as it's the spring festival again.  William goes to Templeton and learn he's leaving for Nethril.  Silas hires Dunk to find out about the goblin posters. Artemis has a mysterious midnight meeting with Quentin, where he talks about her family's connection to an aboleth named Cathulamet.  After a night of rest, Darren Kilkarren comes with a group of many ships to commemorate Silas's fallen crew.

Session 119: Intermission

​

Silas subtly insults his friends, not like they weren't used to it, and the party went to Hammerfall Armorers to restock their gear and drive Vorgas Ironpeak a bit up the wall.  Silas and Artemis then went to see Elainne Twyndlebae about Neth, and discover that he's developed some kind of clairvoyant connection to the land of the mists, and the Verdant Path might be able to harness this power so the party can communicate between worlds.  Meanwhile, William goes to the Blinded Eye Tavern and found a key that may belong to Quentin.  As the party reconvenes and heads towards the Spelltower, two explosions rock the building, resulting in people spilling out in panic.  The party spots Velar, who indicates that Finnegan may not have made it out of the explosion.

Session 120: There Is No Alexandra, Only Zuul

​

The party gather information about the explosion and make their way inside the tower to search for Finnegan.  The ghost hijacks their elevator and they find themselves in the bestiary.

Session 121: There Is No Alexandra, Only Zuul

​

In the bestiary they face a bunch of hell hounds and a Glass Gator.  After dispatching of them, they find and rescue Finnegan, who explained that a bunch of paranormal experts had been summoned to Loudwater to fight the ghost.  The party is given proton wands and a containment unit to try and catch the ghost.

Session 122: There Is No Alexandra, Only Zuul

​

As the party continues on, they find a tuxedo guy, and met Alexandra.  There's apparently a party going on for the paranormal experts, who are now deceased.

Session 123: There Is No Alexandra, Only Zuul

​

Silas pisses off Alexandra.  She ages up Shale and Artemis.  Shale's curse triggers and his arm turns to stone.  Shale fries cat.  He eventually manages to catch Alexandra but she turns one of the ghosts into a shade and then possesses Shale.  Everyone pounces on Shale.

Session 124: There Is No Alexandra, Only Zuul

​

Alexandra leaves Shale and goes into Silas, but his curse triggers and shoves her back out.  Shale dies by scarf.  Silas tries to badtouch Alexandra with his command gauntlet.  It works and they catch her in the containment unit.  William steals booze.  Silas manages to send one of the ghosts to heaven.  Finnegan decides to dedicate the 14th floor to the Paranormal Investigations floor.  After handing over the ghost, they go over to the Verdant Path to get Shale fixed up.

Session 125: Intermission

​

After returning from the Verdant Path, William Artemis and Shale went up to check on the owlbear and managed to re-cage it after an ordeal. Silas stay behind to ask Velar about a remedy for Shale's petrification and some more information about the curses. After, they return to the basement for some rest, where Silas gets bitten by their newest pet. The next morning, Shale goes to see a man about a horse. And nearly get himself thrown out of the armorer. He then goes to check up on his candy shop, which has been losing money. Artemis goes out to the forest to practice her beast shapes, and return to build an enclosure for George the snake. William goes out in search of pet food, but gets roughed up by trappers. Silas goes and chats up his old friends who are still in town.
